1. Bookings & Payment A booking is confirmed once payment — full or deposit — has been received. Payment terms are clearly stated during the booking process.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As we operate in France, VAT is applied in accordance with French tax law.

2. Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before arrival — full refund

• 7 to 29 days before arrival — 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show — non-refundable

We recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00

• Check-out: by 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and may incur an additional charge.

4. Use of the Property Our houses are intended for temporary residential use only. Guests agree to:

• Respect the property and its surroundings

• Comply with local French regulations

• Maintain a reasonable noise level, particularly during evening hours

5. Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Recharge & Reconnect is not liable for:

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Service interruptions beyond our control (weather, utilities, etc.)

6. Force Majeure We are not liable for failure to fulfil our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts hold jurisdiction. As a consumer based in the EU, you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
